Intelligence, Innovation, and Technology Fighting Against Crime

Athos Bulcão Edition

The 6th International Symposium on Security is a unique opportunity to engage with security and intelligence experts who share their insights and experiences toward a safer and more innovative future.

In this edition, we honor Athos Bulcão, a renowned figure in Brazilian art who inspires our commitment to pioneering, creativity, and innovation. Much like Athos Bulcão’s works that highlight the scenery of Brasília, the International Symposium on Security is already a hallmark in the city's calendar, becoming a memorable event. We aim to foster dialogue and collaboration among different realms of security and technology.

Join us on-site or online.

In this edition, we will maintain the hybrid format that will allow for a broader participation both in person and online, allowing a larger audience to share their experiences and knowledge, not just from Brazil but also from overseas.

The International Symposium on Security is an event that goes beyond traditional boundaries to embrace innovation and security. We bring together experts, authorities, and professionals in the security sector, both from the public and private sectors, to discuss and share knowledge that will shape the future of security, not only in Brazil but globally.

Our mission is to explore the latest trends in intelligence, innovation, and technology in the fight against crime. We aspire to create an environment where security, sustainability, and the free movement of people are priorities, ensuring a safer and more promising future.

We will feature eight thematic panels that will delve into multiple crucial issues related to security matters, including Public Security, Borders, Cyber Intelligence, Smart Cities, Penitentiary Systems, Environmental Crimes, Financial Crimes, and Technological Innovations.

Presenting prominent figures, including representatives from the Federal Police, Federal Highway Police, Brazilian Intelligence Agency, Military Forces, DEPEN, industry entrepreneurs, embassies, UN-affiliated organizations, and other bodies related to Public Security.

In this edition, we pay tribute to Athos Bulcão, a renowned Brazilian visual artist celebrated for his contributions to abstract art and the integration of art and architecture. He collaborated with Oscar Niemeyer on multiple occasions, leaving a lasting imprint on Brasília through his tiles and panels adorning prestigious buildings such as the Palácio do Planalto. His work, characterized by geometric forms and vibrant colors, continues to reflect the cultural and modernist identity of the nation, remaining relevant and admired to this day.

Much like Athos Bulcão's indelible mark on Brasília's architecture, the International Symposium on Security aims to establish its presence in the realms of security, innovation, and technology. The unity of art and security will shape the future and we look forward to your participation in this edition.
